Job Description

CairBairz Limited are urgently seeking two dedicated and experienced full time healthcare assistants, to commence in the next four weeks, preferably in the Humberstone area of Leicester, with preferably an NVQ2 minimum, in Health and Social Care.

Job Requirements

  • Building a relationship with service users
  • Assisting service users and patients with day to day living, including personal care
  • Assisting with mobility and physical tasks, using manual handling equipment as specified.
  • Providing social support
  • Generally assisting with patients’ overall comfort
  • Following care plans as set out by the branch manager
  • Follow hygiene and infection control procedures

Candidate Description

  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Minimum of six months care experience in the last two years
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Being friendly and supportive
  • Candidates to cover the initial cost of first DBS check, if required (this will be reimbursed after a three month probationary period is completed).
  • You must hold a clean driving license, and have access to a car as you will be expected to commute to our clients homes on a regular basis
