Job Description

CairBairz Limited are seeking dedicated and experienced healthcare assistants, to work within the community, with preferably an NVQ2 minimum, but a BTEC level 1 in Health and Social Care would be considered. 
The successful healthcare assistants will work on a part-time basis.

As a member of our team of healthcare assistants, you will provide a wide range of domestic and personal care services to assist our service users in their homes.

Job Requirements

  • Building a relationship with service users
  • Assisting service users and patients with day to day living, including personal care
  • Assisting with mobility and physical tasks, using manual handling equipment as specified.
  • Providing social support
  • Generally assisting with patients’ overall comfort
  • Following care plans as set out by the branch manager
  • Follow hygiene and infection control procedures

Candidate Description

  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Minimum of six months care experience in the last two years
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Being friendly and supportive
  • Candidates to cover the initial cost of first DBS check, if required (this will be reimbursed after a three month probationary period is completed).
  • You must hold a clean driving license, and have access to a car as you will be expected to commute to our clients homes on a regular basis
