Last week I took a client to the opening day of the new Richard III experience! We were the very first two in the queue and the atmosphere was brilliant; after all, we did manage to keep Dicky from Yorkshire!
I had my five seconds of fame (in case you missed it, I was in the background of Central News on Saturday, blink and you’d have missed me, but I was definitely there!) as the client and I were interviewed by news reporters. Sadly, I turned up rocking the ‘natural look’. If I’d have known I was going to be famous, I’d have at least run a comb through my hair (roots were DEFINITELY showing!). Oh well, guess I’m a natural beauty…
The client really enjoyed the day out, the access was good but the client and I saw some room for improvement, and our feedback was taken on board and much appreciated.
This is something that I would like to repeat, so if you’re out and about and see something that you feel a client would enjoy then please contact HQ and we’ll see what we can arrange! And clients, if you see something you would like to visit/experience, then please contact HQ as well.
Hope you’re all having a lovely holiday. A few days of rain and then ‘apparently’ it’ll be a heatwave… We’ll see…
Thanks to the girls (and boys) for their hard work over the last month, it is much appreciated, and a CairBairz welcome to Cristina and Devine.
Also, I hope all goes well for Katie after registering to complete her NVQ2, and Tina with her ongoing work towards her NVQ3…..
